RHODODENDRON FESTIVAL, Weekends, April & May
Hamilton Garden

Located within the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, this Rhododendron Garden contains one of the largest collections of hybrid rhododendron in the state of Georgia. Planted along a mile-long, pine-bark trail on the shore of Lake Chatuge, the more than 3000 plants bloom from early April to late May. The Garden is open to the public year round free of charge. Rhododendrons, azaleas and other plants are for sale at the Hamilton Gardens during the Festival and throughout the year. Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Admission is Free. {Donations to assist in the upkeep are accepted.}
